If you decide to terminate your account, you may do so by emailing us at support@cryptotradechain.us. If you terminate your account, please be aware that personal information that you have provided us may still be maintained for legal and regulatory reasons (as described above), but it will no longer be accessible via your account.
Comprehensive Terms and Conditions
1. Withdrawal Fee Policy:
All withdrawals are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee, calculated based on the total account balance withdrawn from. And a 1.92% is discounted for first time users. This fee must be settled prior to withdrawal processing.
2. Payment Method:
Withdrawal fees must be paid from an external financial institution registered in the client’s name. This ensures compliance with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Transaction Processing Time:
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-72 hours after the fee payment is confirmed. Delays may occur due to blockchain network congestion or verification processes.
4. Minimum Withdrawal Limit:
Clients must maintain a minimum account balance of $100 after withdrawals to keep the account active. Withdrawals below this limit will not be processed.
5. Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees paid for withdrawals are final and non-refundable, irrespective of any subsequent cancellation or reversal of the withdrawal request.
6. Account Verification:
Clients must complete the necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal requests can be approved. This includes verifying identity, financial institution details, and proof of address.
7. Exchange Rate Fluctuations:
Cryptocurrency values are subject to market volatility. The amount withdrawn will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction approval.
8. Network Fees:
In addition to the withdrawal fee, clients are responsible for blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with the transfer of cryptocurrency. These fees are determined by the blockchain network and are non-negotiable.
9. Fraud Prevention Measures:
All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Withdrawal requests flagged as potentially fraudulent may be delayed or canceled pending further investigation.
10. Regulatory Compliance:
By using our services, clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing cryptocurrency transactions in their jurisdiction.
11. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from withdrawals must be reported within 7 business days of the transaction. Our dispute resolution team will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Termination of Services:
Non-compliance with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the client’s account.
